Labeling cells with AT32P

I would like to detect phosphorylation of protein s in the cell. Therefore, I would like to know the best way to label cells, should one use AT32P, or just P32, is there any specified method?

hi,

normally, when I was looking for receptor phosphorylation i used just 32P and it works.
