Hi All,

Looking for a bit of help for someone in my lab who is having fun doing TEM sections on lots of zebrafish in order to analysize the liver. What I was wondering was does anyone know of anything that is expressed only in the liver tissue of Zebrafish 72 hours post fertilization. Hoping to do some molecular experiments by obtaining the cDNA from the whole zebrafish and then just amping up something specific to the Liver, as you can imagine the Liver cant be dissected out of something so small.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

There may be someone here with a good answer, but that would also be a good question for the zebrafish newsgroup.
