Greetings. Is anyone aware of any substance capable to dissociate hemoglobin
(split into monomers)? We have come up with KI-potassium iodide as the cheapest and
most easy to find means. It appears that dissociation into monomers minimizes hemolysis interference in some instances in a hemolyzed blood sample which arrives in a laboratory.
Any help is higly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
