Is there a software that can be used to open the .SDS files of applied biosystem qPCR software, that will enable me to look at the graphs that are produced?

I recently had the same question myself. I am sorry to say I wasn't able to find anything. If you find anything, I will be very interested to know.

Hey,

You can export the results or use amplification curve data and import to RealTime StatMiner.

Take a look at this PCR whitepaper http://www.integromi...qPCR_Statistics
