I have a big problem: my HaCaT cells are dying but I don't know why.
I work with them almost two years, but now they die after I thrawing them.
I use RPMI + FBS + DMEM for freezing solution but it was work till now.
We have tested the media the serum the anitbioticum and we don't know what is the problem.
