Hello there,

I have some trouble using the WST-1 proliferation assay on endothelial cells. I have used it before on fibro chondrocytes and mesenchymal stem cells and it's been fine. Is it possible that endothelial cells don't or hardly reduce the tetrazolium salt of WST-1? Anybody here experienced something similar?
