Hi,

I would like to differentiate CD11b monocytes (isolated from mouse) into macrophages. Some papers described that treatment for 24h with 20nM of PMA of THP-1 cells will induce a macrophage phenotype. Does it work also for CD11b monocytes or is there a better/standard treatment?
