Isolation of mouse lung endothelial cells using CD31

Hi all
i am planning to isolate lung endothelial cells from mouse by cd31 antibody using the MACS microbeads/LS columns. i am using CD31 antibody from ebiosciences and guessing how much antibody does one has to use for 10`7 cells for optimum labeling?
