There is the interesting idea about genomic profiling (DNA arrays) of breast cancer subtypes (all information cannot be open because of know-how).
I need collaborators who will be interested in this project.
If you are interested please write me on d_evgeniy@oncology.tomsk.ru

Hi,
I'm even proposing to start the study on Breast Cancer. What exactly do you mean by collaorators? Where are you located?

Sorry for late reply! I am located in Tomsk city, Russia. Regarding project, we have RNA database from breast tumors and we would like to use the possibilities (microarray technology) of collaborator for expression profiling.

I think its best you send her a pm , she might not read your answer because its been a while she made that post.
If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some than not ask and stay stupid.
