We use both safe dyes and EtBr for DNA gel and use MaestroGen UltraSlim LED illuminator to cut gel. It is very compact, much smaller than Invitrogen SafeImager and Clare DarkReader. I hope MaestroGen will design an imager compatible with UltraSlim.
