Hi,I would like to identify an antigen recognized by an antibody. I was thinking about making a column with the antibody, use cell lysates from the cell linethat has been shown to have high expression of the antigen, then run a 2d-geland sequence the protein.Any suggestions on protocols on how to make the column, treat the cell lysatesand other comments?Thanks, Menno de Winther
