Hey guys,
I need your advice please. I am doing for first time methylation analysis that involves nested pcr. I ordered primers (for 1st round and 2nd round of nested) and I would like to run a gel to confirm the presence of the amplified product. Although, the company that I got the primers didnt mention the bp. What do I do in this case? If I see a lanes in my gel it means its OK regardless the size?
