Most transfections (stable and transient) that are done are cotransfection (e.g. 3 plasmids containing heavy chain, lightchain, and C-type sequences) and it works with different cell lines or transfection methods, otherwise clones would not express antibodies(even low expression would not be possible without both plasmids).

Is there anyone knows the best method or kit for cotransfection? Which cell line will be the choice, CHO, COS7 or 293?
