Hello to all.
I wouldl like to monitor transfection efficiency of suspension cells with siRNA-lableed with flurorescent dye.  Is there any way to estimate transfection efficiency besides using flowcytometer? For adherent cells, I could use fluorescent microscope but it may not be feasible for suspension cells.  I would like to know if there is a way to estimate transfection efficiency of suspension cells using fluorescent microscope.  Thank you for any suggestion!
