Hi,

After cutting my membrane with desired size, I left the remaining membarne in milk for 48hrs.  Can I use this membarne that has beeen blocked for 48hours in milk?  I want to save my protein lysate.

If the milk hasn't gone bad in this time (if it doesn't smell bad) you can use it. But if you won't use it immediately, freeze the membrane and thaw it on the day you plan on doing the western.
