Hi to everyone,
despite I looked so much in literature, I still have "some" problems with an assay for the NADH. I work with cells, and I have to test the amount of NADH by using its fluorescence (in a plate reader, for example). I know I can do it using first FCCP (or DNP) and afterwards Antimycin A. But untill now I have not found a suitable and complete protocol, with also how to elaborate data; I also try to test something with no results.
I'm asking if someone know how to do it, and I'm really grateful to everyone can give me a little help.

I apologize for my really bad English!!
