Hi, guys,
I have a question about using pET-40b(+) vector. I plan to introduce a BlpI site into MCS. Unfortunately, there is an existing one in the T7 Terminator primer region, which is just before the T 7 Terminator sequence. Can I blunt the current BlpI site within T7 Terminator primer region without affecting the function of expression? By doing that, I can introduce a new BlpI site into MCS region.
Thanks for your advice.

Should be no problem! ...the functionality should be not affected to my knowledge!
