Hello,

My question is regarding whether it is possible to compare expression of genes between realtime PCR plates if I include the same calibrator sample in each plate which I use for the deltadelta Ct calculation each time.  In my experiment I have samples from 5 different patients but due to the number of treatments I can only fit one patient per plate. So I just wanted to double check that it is possible to compare data collected from different Qrt-PCR runs.

Yes, it is possible. If you are using the ABI program, go to New Analysis -> Add Plates.
