Hi, all.
I have a problem in my IP experiment.
At first, I can detect A protein after IP for B protein.
But I can't detect B protein after IP for A protein.
(The antibody for A and B are both ChIP grade.)
This is my first time to do experiment of IP.
Would you give me some suggestions to solve this problem?
