Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working on detecting waterborne pathogens in marine environment by multiplex PCR. I am seeking for an useful method to efficiently collect bacterial cells from a large volume of seawater (other than centrifugation) before going down to PCR. May you grant me some ideasfor this particular task?
