Dear all
I want to extract DNA from paraffin embbeding tissue which already stain with H&E. After staining, i have to select cell from tissue by manual technique. However, i don't know what is the buffer that use to pick up cell from tissue (Should have protease in buffer? ). What is chemical component of that buffer? How i get DNA from that tissue which have very low amount of cell by use phenol chloroform technique?
Note: My tissue have 4 um thick and have area 1x1 cm (liver section)
Thanks
