I need to kill in culture all cells that start to espress a specific protein. The insertion of an apoptosis gene regulated by the promotor of the specific protein is not practicable in this case. I imagine somthing like a IgG/Enzyme-fusion protein which is expressed constitutively after . When the antibodydomain binds to the target protein the enzymatic domain is activated and the cell death is induced.

Does anybody know, whether such a technique exist?

Thanks
