Dear ALL,

I am going to develop the suspension culture of BHK-21 cell line , I will be very grateful of your suggestions in this regard.
I wan to take the advantages of EDTA chelating nature to keep my cells in suspension during the initial stage of adaptation to suspension culture.
Could you please suggest me from your practical or reading experience of this?
