Hi all

I am looking for cosmid cloning kits to screen for cellulase genes in my extracted genomic DNA. This is my first time i have to do such an experiment, therefore i need your assistance to order the best, cost effective kit. Suggestions of distributors found in South Africa will be greatly welcomed!
