Hello
I have bought a Pathscan sandwich elisa kit for acetylated histoneH3. they havent given any standards or controls. how to i interpret my results? how do i quantify? do i have to add cell lysate in such a way that it has equal amount of total protein? (the kit just says 100microlitres of cell lysate).
