I've found a good protocol to extract RNA from cell culture: http://feelsynapsis....ells-in-culture
It is very efficient obtaining RNA from a little amount of cells.
If you know any other protocol, or you prove this one, please, tell me in order to find the best RNA extraction protocol to my lab.

It is a good method. It was uploaded by Dr. Andrew Clever and he corroborated that it is reaaly efficient obtaning total RNA from cell culture...
