does pUC19 has a ColE1 Origin which is initiated by Polymerase I? And is the replication goes in direction of the multycloning site or in the other direction?

The primer for replication of pUC initiates near the b-lactamase gene and proceeds towards the Pvu II site near the MCS. It is a ColE 1-type replicon.
