Hi,
can I simply change a origin of replication from one plasmid by cutting the old one out and insert a new one from another plasmid?
Can I even change antibiotic resistance or must I regard something special to not disturb the plasmid structure?

Changing antibiotic resistance is not a big deal. when u change the origin of replication, take care of the upstream and downstream of the gene,it may interfer in the replication.
