hello
im doing IPs with Ab that is not crosslinked to protein A resin. i have tries to elute with o.1M Glycin pH3 which i was told will not elute the Ab, yet it does.
i cant use peptide elution so im left with salt gradient elution, any suggestions will be highly appreciated. (details regarding the salt gradient or if there is one step elution. i dont need the eluted protein for activity just to see look for potential interactions so i dont need to preserve activity)
