isolate DNA from amniotic fluid

Hi!!!
I need a method for isolating DNA from amniotic fluid for microarray assay.
I used QIAGEN KIT but i didnīt get enough concentration (<100ng/microL)
Do you Know any good protocol???

column based extraction usually gives around that amount. what you got is quite ok. But perhaps you can use phenol/chloroform method next time in case you don't need your sample for qPCR later on. just have a look at protocol-online website. or visit phenol extraction page on wikipedia.
