Hello everyone,
I am going to isolate round spermatids from mouse testis and want to to immunofluorescence on glass slides. For this I will try at first the protocol I found here

Since I will not use all of the slides at once I also want to fix and freeze a few on the glass slides for further experiments. Does anyone know a good protocol for such an issue?
