Hi everyone,

I am detecting Rab7 and used monoclonal antibody for Rab7 from mouse. I expect to see about 25 kda protein however when I detected my input, i also see another band at about 15 Kda.  What could be the reason for this? I am a bit worried. thank you.

Ab often give non-specific signals. Just ignore it and focus on the 25 kb band.
