please iwant know what the amount of biotinylated probe added to hyberdization solution 5ml to obtain the concentration of prob 200ng with know that the prob is pcr product of biotinylated primer i made diagnosis of TB by pcr dot blot not result obtain for all pulmonary TB sample but give result with positive control h want know solve for my problem
