Hi, I am looking for GMP compatible reagents. We need to find supplements for the tissue culture reagents as below. Please let me know if you know any replacement of these reagents even if is individual components.
1. Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium - low glucose - With 1000 mg/L glucose, L-glutamine, and sodium bicarbonate
2. MCDB 201 Medium - With trace elements, L-glutamine and 30 mM HEPES
3. ITS+1 Liquid Media Supplement (100Å~) - Contains 1.0 mg/ml insulin from bovine pancreas, 0.55 mg/ml human transferrin (substantially iron-free), 0.5 É g/ml sodium selenite, 50 mg/ml bovine serum albumin and 470 É g/ml linoleic acid.
4. L-ascorbic acid.
