i made pcr dot blot for TB but i dont obtain result for sample but give with positive control which in first i made pcr for sample then made dot blot the pcr product on nylon membrane and then made hyberdization by biotinylayed probe then detect by streptavidin alkaline phosphatase and BCIP/NBT substrate
please help me in my problem
