Hi everybody,
I need to design a set of primers & a Taqman probe for my diagnostic assay and it seems that with the variability I'm getting the only option would be to go for the degenerate primers and the probe. Do you have any experience with it? Everything I've tried so far doesn't work for all the isolates so it seems I have no other option but I'm afraid it will not work properly. I'd appreciate any opinion on that subject. Thanks
