Hi,

I've eluted my plasmid using midi-prep and the concentration is 1800ng/ul.  I need to trafect my cells with 6ug using lipofectamine.  Just out of curiosity, is there a problem using too concentarted plasmid?

According to invitrogen manual (http://tools.invitro...ine2000_man.pdf) you will add LFM when you diluted DNA to a certain concentration. It works similar for other manufacturers. If you follow the protocol you should be good;)
