Hi,

I need to do cloning using the PIPE cloning method but I am new to this and trying to understand the basis of this method and what are the differences between this method and normal PCR. Specifically, Can someone tell me how the primer design is different in this method when compared to normal PCR? I will greatly appreciate if anyone can provide me a pictorial explanation. I could not find any such description so far.
