I was trying to concentrate my RNA bulk, doing the normal 1/20th sodium acetate + 2.5X ethanol.

Except this time, right after I added the ethanol all my salt crashed out and turned milky. It is NOT because of a high RNA yield, it is obvious the pellet is all salt. I spun it down, and washed the pellet with 70% ethanol FOUR times now. However, the salt pellet is still huge.

Any suggestions?
