Hi,
Im going to apply antibiotics and induce the stx from E/ coli O157 H7. I am looking for a commercial kit tp do the extraction. Are there any kits. i know Qiagen and promega discontinued theirs and there are other companies like strategene that have one, but do you have any idea which is the better one? Or can you direct me to a fast, high throughput protocol?
