I accidentally left my blot in the primary incubation step overnight...at room temperature. It was about 11 hrs in a 20 C room. I'm probing with a phospho antibody (fairly abundant target protein). Am I screwed? I'm rather low on the sample and can't just make more of it. I guess I will find out later today but thought I'd ask so I can mentally prepare for the results
