why don't we use glucose to the medium..? instead we uses sucrose as organic suppliment.what is the advantage of this than other disaccarides?

Sucrose is cheap...

and it might also depend on what organisms you are using, culturing. Some may benefit from having sucrose. And maybe its a part of the research?
If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some then not ask and stay stupid.

we are using glucose in a lot of media...like pito suggested, it might be part of your research or of the organisms you are working with.
