Hi,

I've subcutaneously injected nude mice with human cell line overexpressing my gene of interest. Just to confirm, I would be using anti-human primary antibody when I perform IHC staining on my mouse xengraft sections?

if human protein then anti-human antibody.

however, if the epitope(s) to which the antibody is targeted is(are) conserved then antibodies to other species may also work. the data sheet that comes with the antibody should list the species that are recognized.
