Hi all,

I am trying to check binding sites for my transcription factor, through all promoters within human and mouse genome.Could you recommend any database for this purpose? Otherwise, I will retrieve the promoter sequences from Transcriptional Regulatory Element Database,CSH one by one and then control the affinity of my TF by Promo 3.0.
