Hi everyone,

I am familiar with using peptides for stimulation of cells in culture. However, now we are planning to use a control peptide pool for the first time and received a mix of peptides containing 20 nmol of each. This means we have amounts of 20 to 40 micrograms per peptide in this pool. Although I am used to stimulate with 10 g of single peptide per ml I am told that using a mix, we need use only 1 g/ml of each peptide for stimulation. For the ones among you using this assay do you use such small amount of a peptide mix and if so do you then calculate your dilutions according to the mean amount of peptides present or according to the amount of the peptide that is present in the lowest amount?

Many thanks.
