Hi!
Has anyone ever worked with human serum or plasma to extract the DNA?
I am interested in the kit you've used and the amount of plasma/serum you need to get a reasonable amount of DNA...

I want to do some SNPs identification with enzyme digestion afterwards...
any information would be very useful....

I would just do an ethanol precipitation just as you would do with PCR reactions. Maybe a PCR-prufication Kit works also. You should just try.
