I have made a mistake and read my ELISA plates at 450nm instead of 405nm and I can't change the settings without deleting my readings (OD). Does anyone have an idea as to how adjust the readings?
Any help muchly appreciated!
Thanks

The wavelengths are so close it may not make any difference.  I have not heard of 'adjusting' the wavelength readings once they have been made.  If several wavelengths are used the plate is read again immediately after the initial reading and the results compared.  If you have an 'acceptable' dose response curve and controls, your readings/results should be acceptable. I only envision the magnitude of the response being slightly off...
