Hi

I would like to quantify some proteins in paraffin-embedded tissues. I have no idea how I can extract the proteins and quantify them.

I would like to stard with a 10µm slide. I think I can start with a classical HIC protocol to remove the paraffin but after that???? I have no idea. No one.

If someone can help me I will be more than happy

I would check the protein by immunofluoresence or IHC.If its not feasible then extract the cells and check the proteins by Western analysis.
