I stain my cells with CFSE to analyze their cell cycle activity and as a positive control, I would like to culture the cells under the presence of colcemid which inhibts the cell cycle
I cannot find any information on the stability of colcemid in culture (37°, pH 7.4) . How often do I have to refresh the colcemid-medium, so that cell cycle is efficiently inhibited?

I've never used Colcemid, but I use Mitomycin C in medium. Could you use it as an equivalent?
