Hi all,

I am interested to amplify the precursor miRNA as well as the mature miRNA by RT-PCR. I would like to know where can i get a specified primer sequence (forward/reverse) for the miRNA that i would like to look into?

Actually i've referred to previous post at http://www.protocol-...es-for-cloning/ . Is this applicable for the RT-PCR primer?
